Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Effortlessway Aesthetic, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best experience for every client, please review our cancellation and deposit policy:

Deposit Requirement

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

If you do not show up to your appointment, your $50 deposit will also be forfeited.

We can accommodate one reschedule per deposit. A second reschedule will require a new $50 deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice (at least 24 hours) is given.
